Refund Policy

Refund eligibility follows the subscription terms or order form accepted at purchase. Unless a plan or order form states otherwise, fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

A request should identify the account, transaction, reason for the request and any relevant supporting information. Requests should be submitted promptly after the charge in question.

Requests are reviewed using the applicable billing period, service usage, payment history and contractual terms. An approved refund is returned through the original payment method where practical, subject to provider processing times.
