Terms of Service
The terms governing access to and use of Olyth.
Effective June 15, 2026
Agreement and scope
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Olyth websites, software, customer operations tools and related services. By creating an account, signing an order form or using the services, the customer agrees to these terms.
If a person accepts these terms for an organisation, that person confirms that they have authority to bind the organisation. The organisation is then the customer for the purpose of these terms.
Accounts and authorised users
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the activity of authorised users and the security of login credentials. Access should be limited to people who need the services for the customer’s business.
Olyth should be notified promptly if credentials are compromised or unauthorised account activity is suspected.
Services and acceptable use
The services may be used only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable platform, messaging and payment-provider rules.
Customers must not misuse the services, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt platform operation, distribute harmful material or use Olyth to violate the rights of another person.
Customer data and privacy
Customers retain responsibility for the customer data they submit to Olyth and for establishing an appropriate legal basis to collect and use that data.
Olyth processes customer data to provide, secure and improve the services, subject to the applicable agreement, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
Third-party services
Olyth may connect with messaging channels, payment providers and other third-party services selected by the customer. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability and technical requirements.
The customer is responsible for maintaining any third-party accounts and permissions needed for an integration to operate.
Subscription, fees and payment
Subscription fees, usage charges, billing periods and payment terms are set out in the selected plan or order form. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are due according to the billing schedule presented at purchase.
Taxes and provider charges may apply depending on the customer’s location and selected integrations.
Availability and support
Olyth works to keep the services available and secure, but maintenance, third-party outages and events outside reasonable control may affect access. Support scope and service commitments depend on the customer’s plan or order form.
Ownership
Olyth and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, documentation, branding and service improvements. Customers retain rights in their customer data and materials.
Feedback may be used to improve Olyth without transferring ownership of the customer’s confidential information or data.
Confidential information
Each party should protect non-public business, technical and commercial information received from the other party and use it only for the agreed relationship, except where disclosure is required by law.
Suspension and termination
A customer may stop using the services or end a subscription according to its plan or order form. Olyth may suspend access where necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, material breach or overdue undisputed fees.
On termination, access ends and data handling follows the applicable agreement, retention settings and legal requirements.
Warranties and limitation of liability
Any warranties, exclusions and liability limits that apply to a customer are determined by these terms together with the customer’s order form and any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Customers should review important workflows and maintain appropriate human oversight, particularly for automated, financial or regulated actions.
Changes to these terms
Olyth may update these terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. Material updates will be communicated through reasonable channels and the effective date on this page will be revised.
